What We Do
When tech problems happen after hours — internet outages, POS failures, payment issues, vendor escalations — someone needs to step in and handle it. That's what Standby Support does.
We coordinate with your vendors, follow up until the issue is resolved, and keep owners and managers informed throughout. You stay out of the weeds; the right people are handling it.
Standby Support is operated by Arain Systems LLC, based in Greater Houston. We work with offices, retail stores, and local businesses that need a reliable point of contact when things go wrong outside of normal business hours.
How We Work
Standby Support provides coordination and escalation only. Direct technical repair and vendor-side service delivery remain the responsibility of the applicable provider.
The Person Behind It
Hammad Arain
Founder, Arain Systems LLC
Hammad Arain is the founder of Arain Systems LLC and the operator behind Standby Support. With six years of experience in systems administration and IT operations, he has worked across multiple fast-paced business environments managing large-scale infrastructure projects, cloud administration, and complex vendor environments.
Prior to founding Arain Systems, Hammad provided white-glove technical support to senior leadership and executive stakeholders, coordinating multi-system environments under demanding timelines. He has supported merger and acquisition processes and holds multiple industry certifications across IT operations and cloud platforms.
Hammad earned a degree in biotechnology in 2020 and is currently completing a Master of Science in Management Information Systems at the University of Houston.
Standby Support was built from a practical understanding of what business operators actually need when things break after hours — not more complexity, but a calm, reliable person handling it for them.
