Arain Systems is a solo IT and compliance firm based in Houston, Texas, run by Hammad Arain. This policy explains what information I collect through this website, how I use it, and how to reach me about it.
When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you choose to provide: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, office type, and a message. I do not require you to create an account, and I do not ask for financial account numbers or other sensitive information through this site.
This site uses a privacy-friendly analytics tool to count page views and understand which pages are used. It does not collect your name or personal contact information.
I use the contact form information to respond to your inquiry, to follow up about a free 14-Point Safeguards Gap Report or managed IT, and to provide services you request. I do not use it for unrelated marketing.
I do not sell or rent your information. Your contact form submission is delivered to me by email through a third-party email provider, which processes the message so it can reach my inbox. I share information with service providers only as needed to operate the site and respond to you, and only to the extent they need it.
I use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security, but I treat your information carefully.
I keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide and document the services. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.
