When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, office type, and a message. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for financial account numbers or other sensitive information through this site.
This site uses a privacy-friendly analytics tool to count page views and understand which pages are used. It does not collect your name or personal contact information.
We use the contact form information to respond to your inquiry, to follow up about a free 14-Point Safeguards Gap Report or managed IT, and to provide services you request. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
We do not sell or rent your information. Your contact form submission is delivered to us by email through a third-party email provider, which processes the message so it can reach our inbox. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the site and respond to you, and only to the extent they need it.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat your information carefully.
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide and document the services. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
